In response to the cracks, we went out on November 6, 2014 and there were no cracks on the tub, there was some sort of device used in the tub that left scratches and dirt and soap sm was then allowed to collect on these scratches giving the appearance of cracked tub. The only thing the installer did to resolve this issue was clean their tub with our recommened solution, gel gloss. We informed him that he should stick to the approved cleaners list or his warranty would be voided. This issue is taken care of. thanks
