While the agent was showing the property to the Buyer it was disclosed to the Buyer there had been a previous fireThe Buyer was offered to have an inspection performed during the contract period, and she chose to decline
getting any inspection
The Buyer acknowledged that she knew there had been a previous fire in our first conversation after the saleWe have sent an Independent 3rd Party Inspector, and home construction contractors to check out her concerns and they all came back with similar findingsAfter each time the inspector and contractors went to look at her property we asked her what she wanted us to ask the Seller to doEach time she gave us no response

When we were looking at the house the seller nor the agency disclosed the fire to usWe learned of this through our insurance companyThe disclosure papers that we got had written across the bank nothing to discloseWe have written documentation of thisI was never offered an inspection from the agency during the contract periodI had called the agent to inform him of the house issues in the very beginning and he then brought out the same inspector that had laid down our vapor barrierSo this guy works with this agencyThe inspector never sent us an estimate or ever even got back with us even after trying to contact him multiple timesWe called the agency and was informed that they had contacted the seller to see if they would be willing to fix it and never heard back from the seller nor the agencyAfter things got even worse we called the agency again they came to our house to see the damages for them self and informed me that they promised to make it right and that they would get an inspector that neither of us knew to make it fair and ended up showing up with his good friend who does remodelingThe two letter from the inspector and the remodeler said two different thingsWe received a letter from the agency stating their findings saying that the damages were due to the age of the home and not from the fireWhich we have been told differently from many different contractorsWe tried calling the agency several times just to get no answerWe have documentation for proof of this case

First of all, the Buyer is not factual on many fronts of her positionHowever, we have listened to her concerns, We have brought independant third party inspectors out to inspect the property to determine any defienciesWe have sent her the reports that we received from the inspectorsWe ask the buyer what she wanted us to ask the seller to do? We never have received exactly what she wants us to ask the seller to doIn a continued effort to help the buyer; we are open to a meeting with the buyer to go over the process of when she purchased the property, to make sure there were no misunderstandings
We have been in business since 1997, and have sold hundreds of homes, we take pride in being honest and fair

Everything I have said has been truth with documentation to back it up! If they are willing to make it right (even though we have been told this over and over again) then I accept to meet with them to resolve this matter so we can all move onThank you!
