was indeed mailed back on June **, 2017, the same day the job was cancelled by the customer via regular mail through the US Postal ServiceFurthermore the check was stamped "VOID" before mailing to take precautionary measuresAs of today's date, July **, 2017, I have not received any returned mail back from the US Postal ServiceThe customer called me on June **, at 2:33PM to ask where the check was and I explained to him that it was already mailed out on June **, I have not heard from him since that day, so until now we were under the impression that he must have received itI understand the customer's indignation, but unfortunately all of the customer's issues are beyond our company's controlEven though we'd like to, but we cannot control the price of asphalt, the weather, or the US Postal Service
