This complaint is filled with many untruths and non factual information.This client was explained the total procedure process and after one treatment decided to not return for the 3/mandatory sessions.All monies wee returned to client and it was my opinion that the work that I had done may have been tampered with or enhanced.After telling the client that we should no longer continue the procedure due to his unwillingness to proceed in the proper and needed fashion,the client agreed and signed documentation agreeing in no way to badmouthing or slander my business or workmanship.Again monies were returned and we reached what I perceived to be a verbal (and written)agreement.I believe that there are other alternative motives at play here as I strive to keep all clients happy and satisfied if they will follow the Proper steps.THank you

*** ***Please view enclosed forum links for storyI posted as WORRIED and was advised by experts in the field to not return.The owner did not return anything as he told me he needed to submit my refund request to the corporate office for approval.He did contact me after he received the Revdex.com letter He informed me the Revdex.com could not do anything, as Scalp Aesthetics is not a participating business. I know the business is just a scam as they had not so much as MSDS about the inkI just wanted someone to know what they are getting involved in with this business before they pay all that cash and get no receipt and just a poor quality job.
