Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.? For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The response given is littered with inaccuracies and statements.? For instance, they did not "ask" me to remove a negative review, they threatened me with legal action to remove the review in order to "continue a discussion about a refund".? Attached is the text message proof.? The review was on Yelp, which is currently processing a legal complaint since I was threatened with legal action unless I removed a review, which they said will most likely result in a "consumer warning" on their yelp page.? Yelp was shocked by their behavior and is helping me with the case.I was not happy immediately after the first session and let [redacted] know that in person.? She was also much less confident than during our initial consultation.? I later texted her it looks better (mainly because my hair had grown out, not b/c of her work) and that I'll proceed.? I had a potential scheduling conflict with work and called to explain and see if I could book a new date.? My "artist" [redacted] proceeded to express her frustration and seemed to only care how it affected HER and not me.? I did not officially cancel my appointment and managed to get out of a work function to keep my 12/appointment with her.? I called her back within an hour and she texted me stating she already re-booked and there is nothing she can do.? She would not even call me back.? I feel she re-booked out of frustration or spite.I then asked for a refund on 12/and was given the run around.? I asked for the status of my refund on 12/and received the attached text stating they will only continue the refund conversation after I remove a negative yelp review and they are going to potentially take legal action if I don't.? Is this a professional, appropriate or legal response?? I was never contacted and took matters in to my own hands on 12/19.I have not received any sort of refund as of today.? Another statement.? The charges are in dispute (temporary credits) and scalp aesthetics knows they can simply refund my money instead of making me wait on disputed charges.? Can scalp aesthetics please provide proof or confirmation I've been refunded?? Also please provide proof you are not contending the disputed charges? Regards, [redacted]

To Whom It May Concern, I am responding to the complaint filed by [redacted] # [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] contacted on 10/17/17 for a consultation and was booked 10/26 /17. He came to us after previously having the procedure done by another company and was not happy with his results. He asked us to...

repair the work. [redacted] had his first session 12/1/17 in our St. Petersburg, FL location and was happy with his results. At that time, he was scheduled for his second session 12/18/17.  Client reached out to us after determining there was a conflict with his schedule and needed to reschedule. We reached out to the artist to see when she could see him again. When client called back the same day 1 hour later to try and reclaim the appointment for 12/18 it had already been taken. He got upset that he couldn’t be seen on the 18th and started making complaints.  Permanent makeup artist schedules are full and book out for months in advance. If a time slot becomes available it is filled immediately. Mr. [redacted] began slandering the artist on social media and was asked to remove it. Client had 1 session. His money has already been returned to him by the credit card company. No apology verbal or in writing is warranted. Mr. [redacted] has continued to harass the director of this company by setting up bogus accounts using his email address, name and phone number. Full refund has been issued, and this matter should be closed as resolved. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me. Respectfully,

I challenge joe T[redacted] to show me anything stating I will Sue. I reached out to him and SA a number of times to even get a call back for each session. I also challenge him to produce the 4 cancellations as I only cancelled one time. I have all of the messages and can show these as proof.
I called and asked throuoit this proses for joes opinion and even he was shocked and stated he had never seen the pigment not stick. I will pay 500 for his efforts but 1500 is out of control and I never agreed to pay 1500 for a scar treatment alone. He Kraft me with a gray paint strip and an unfinished job.

[redacted] was told very clearly that I was working in a hair transplant scar, left from his doctor. I never guarantee results when working in scar tissue, as...

scars by nature are stubborn and unpredictable when adding tattoo ink. We cannot predict how a scar will absorb our ink.    [redacted] paid $1500 for three sessions, our standard amount of sessions for any given treatment. After three sessions completed, [redacted] was still not satisfied with the results. [redacted] insisted "he had taken a loan from a bank with high interest" and proceeded to threaten that "he will sue" if I do not continue to work on his scar. When he called me and voiced his concerns, I ultimately proceeded to complete two additional sessions at not cost.    In the midst of scheduling 5 overall sessions together, [redacted] canceled his scheduled appointment multiple times (he canceled and rescheduled on 4 separate occasions). This continued to frustrate me as I have dedicated time to work with [redacted]. Each time he canceled equates to me missing an opportunity to work with another client and essentially lose money.
[redacted] contacted an attorney prior to filing this complaint with Revdex.com. We sent our file to our attorney as well for resolution. No refund it payable at this time.   Finally, a few months pass since [redacted]s 5th and last scar session. He now wanted me to work on the rest of his head. I was shocked to understand he wanted me to work further with him as he seemed so unsatisfied with the work I had done on his scar. Remembering the threats and discontentment he had so clearly conveyed to me previously, I choose to not work further with [redacted].

As I have previously stated the average cost of a scar starts at $1200. We are in agreement the numerous touch-ups have been performed. We are willing to reduce the total price to $1000.00 and issue a refund to the client's credit card in the amount of $500.00.
