I have received a complaint filed by *** * *** came in looking to fill in his receded hairline which was quoted at $1,for sessions not $2,in which he stated.His first session was completed on 8/31/16,2nd session was completed on 9/3/16, 3rd session was completed on 9/8/
and his touch up session was completed on 9/29/All the sessions are documented by pictures (which shows time/date) on our I padThe client scheduled a check up appointment on 12/4/for 11:am in which I cancelled do to double booking,client rescheduled for 3/23/in which I had to reschedule all my clients that week due to strep throatI let client know more then hrs before his scheduled appointment of my health and that I was very sorry even sending client paperwork from my Dr of my condition so he would understand.Instead of rescheduling the client began threatening me
