SCAM ALERT: Baytree Credit Investors Co

Review: They contacted me under the name of Forestdale Financial to offer a debt consolidation loan in April of 2014. They said the loan would need to be insured by an underwriter and over the course of a week (April **-April **) I sent them $3700.00 for the insurance to secure the loan. I spoke with Keith Allen and Andrew Banks and someone who owns 55% of the company who kept asking me to send in money. After I stopped sending money and was told my loan would not go through I received a verbal statment that my money would be returned to me in 2 to 3 weeks. It's now May 5th and I have seen no refund. I don't know if this is the same company but when I went online to pretend to apply for a loan at their website; [redacted], an error came up with the URL to Baytree Creditors.Desired Settlement: I want my 3700.00 returned to me. I have documentation of the moneygrams I sent to them (amounts, dates and confirmation #'s and names)
