We are sorry to hear about your troubles.     Per the recent conversation using our chat feature, and emails, we informed you that we needed you to complete the PS 1583 postal consent form required by the US Postal Service. This form requires to be notarized along with two photocopies...

of valid and **current** identifications.  Then once we get the original, notarized form from you with both identifications, we would be able to grant you the access your online mailbox account -- it's same as if the post office gives you the physical key to your physical rental mailbox at their location.    Due to non-payment in the last two months, we are unable to continue to keep your mailbox number (####) in good standing -- we had to return all your mail items that we held for you to senders for your protection.  We were not given any authorization (PS 1583) from you to do such requests like forwarding to a different address. Your payment was in place to secure your mailbox number while we waited for your PS 1583 form with two photocopies of valid and current identifications, which was the final step. We have gone an extra mile to make this happen but to no avail, we could not continue without payment.   If you decide to use our service in the near future, we will be happy to honoring the old price plan and waiving the set up fee for you.
