I had this company install my driveway years ago and they were very good, professional, and very reputable and did an excellent jobI contacted them in March of to perform additional work for which he come to my home, we reviewed the scope of work in detail (I even gave him drawings of what we wanted), he gave me a price (in excess of $13,000) and promised me that we would be finished by Memorial Day, to which we both agreed
Well we are now approaching Columbus Day the work is not done (not even started) and the company is impossible to reach the voice message machine is always fullAnd when I do catch owner of the business on the phone he promises and promises the world and never delivers; he keeps coming up with one ** story after anotherthe man is a chronic, pathological ** artistHe then finally promises to put me on the schedule and to have the work done the last week of September or the first week of OctoberI call to try and confirm so that I can coordinate the electrician to be on site; again to no availI finally catch up with him and he then promises me to try and come over to look at the work again this past weekend and he promised me that he would call me one way or the other to let me know if he could make it or not
Well needless to say he did not call ---true to his past performanceWhen I hang around all day Sunday waiting for him to show up or at least call, which by 7:I figure he is not doing either, I try calling his cell phone in one last attemptI caught up with him on the telephone I said *** *his is ** I thought you were going to call"His response to me was "hey it's 8:on a Sunday night stop breaking my ***" and then proceeds to hang up on me
All we were trying to do was give this company some substantial business and this is how he treats customers??? WOW!!!! To me at least this speaks volumes of the integrity, professionalism, trustworthiness and the personality of this man in particular and the company in generalI guess that when you get too big for your britches customers don't matter any moreLET ME EXPRESS TO WHO EVER READS THIS REVIEW....I WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY OR THIS MAN IF THEY WERE THE LAST COMPANY ON EARTHAnd believe me when I say I am being kind in this review

Review: I have left numerous messages and even spoke to [redacted] in regards to a problem with my patio that he installed. The workmanship was poor and some of bricks that were cut have over an a 2 inch space when there should be no more than 1/8 inch space. He told numerous times that he will come over and repair it. He has never come and now he will not answer my calls.Desired Settlement: I would like the paver bricks in question be replaced and installed correctly.
