I am responding to the statement given by [redacted] on 7/3/14, as the Store Manager I want to applogize to Mrand Mrs [redacted] for any inconvenience this issue may have caused themAlthough I did not know that a complaint had been submitted to the Revdex.com by the [redacted] 's on July 3rd I called and talked to Mr [redacted] on July 4th to confirm that Scandinavian Designs had decided that after fixing the leg issue that we have decided to replace the sofa and loveseat due to long wait of the correct replacement leg and also to alleviate any issues this might have caused to the frame of the sofaon 7/4/we let Mr [redacted] know that we are ordering in a complete replacement sofa and loveseatThe correct leg arrived on 7/10/and was installed on 7/The replacement order for both the sofa and loveseat has been placed and Mr& Mrs [redacted] has been notified

We have been in contact with Sheila since October awaiting the arrival of the sleeper mechanism that had to be ordered from China as we no longer carry this vendor's products. It arrived to the manufacturer from China and was mistakenly shipped to our Corona warehouse in Southern
CA with no ETA on shipment to our local warehouse in Petaluma CA. Turi the store manager contacted Sheila on 1/4/to offer her a return or replacementSheila is considering another model we carry and will be in the store to look at the sleepers we have on Sunday 1/7/

The correct leg arrived on 7/10/14 and was installed on 7/15. The replacement order for both the sofa and loveseat has been placed and Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] has been notified.

Review: We received delivery of a couch and loveseat on December 17, 2013. The leg was broken. They ordered a new leg and it was the wrong size but they installed it anyway; since it was the wrong size they placed a wood shim between the too short leg and the floor. They ordered another new leg and it finally arrived in May 2013 but it was the wrong side with the wrong angle. The too short leg with shim was put back in place. May 14,2014 I received an email that they ordered the leg again and it would take about four weeks to be received. The leg has not been received or replaced yet. Additionally, I am not convinced that the impact which broke a metal leg in half didn't affect the integrity of the entire frame. I have sent them pictures which show misalignment of the couch. They have failed to respond to that complaint.Desired Settlement: I would love for them to pick up the couch and love seat and refund our money.
