As of today I have received batteries and we have attempted to contact this customer to let them know. The two phone numbers we have on file did not answer and did not allow us to leave a message. The customer can come in the store and pay for the batteries and pick them up from our warehouse or we can deliver and connect them it is up to them.  [redacted]

On March 31,2016 this customer ordered a chair and placed his deposit of $1500.00. Three weeks later the chair arrived and he paid the balance and picked up the chair. A few days later he called his sales associate and said he loved his chair and was going to come in to see her because...

he needed a few more things. A few days later he came in and was upset that we could not do some things related to another chair he had at no charge or that we could not include him in another promotion we were doing with the chair he already had. He later returned with this chair wanting to return it and when he was told it was a special order and he could not he left the chair in the parking lot and drove away. As a courtesy we now have the chair waiting for him but will have to charge storage if not picked up soon. No agreement was ever made to waive our return policy. This customer has changed his story several times to try to get what he wants. Attached is the info we sent to the credit card company when he filed a charge back claiming the chair was defective and now claims the chair is incorrect. The charge back was ruled in our favor after we sent the attached info.

This customer did purchase this sofa that does have electric recliners. The sofa works just fine when plugged in the wall as designed. We were told by the manufacture that they would be coming out with rechargeable batteries for their electric recliners but was not yet ready. We told the...

customer that information and they decided to put a deposit on the and place them on order. There has been several delays in getting the batteries and we still do not have them yet.  We have all ready refunded this customer there deposit at this point and told them once the batteries were in we would call them. It that time they can purchase them or not. We will not be giving free batteries for life. I am sorry for the inconvenience but we can't do anything till the batteries arrive to us.
