I purchased a sleeper sofa several years ago and recently (Oct 2017) asked for a repair of a broken part...I began requesting support to repair eyc. I am willing to pay for the repair of the unit. The manager stated he would check on the repair. I have gone into the store, emailed multiple times, talked with the store, been very understanding, to no avail. As of today I am still waiting ..and my sofa bed is not usable as a guest use without the repair. I am truly disappointed that 3 months later I am waiting to hear if it can be repaired..what part is needed and I am unable to get resolution with the Concord store. Please ask the owner or corporate office to please tell me next steps to proceed. Thank you, Sheila

We have been in contact with Sheila since October awaiting the arrival of the sleeper mechanism that had to be ordered from China as we no longer carry this vendor's products. It arrived to the manufacturer from China and was mistakenly shipped to our Corona warehouse in Southern CA with no ETA on shipment to our local warehouse in Petaluma CA. Turi the store manager contacted Sheila on 1/4/18 to offer her a return or replacement. Sheila is considering another model we carry and will be in the store to look at the sleepers we have on Sunday 1/7/18.

I am the store manager here at Scandinavian Designs in Concord. I have replied to the case number ***. The customer came in and reselected a new sleeper sofa and it is being delivered on 1/12/18.
