Review: I took a pair of Ugg boots for cleaning into the cleaners on July **, 2015 and have not seen them since. They told me they were lost. I have been very patient with them. I also have copies of many emails sent to them, of which they have only replied a few times. They asked for time to look for them and I agreed, they then confirmed they were lost. I told them they had to replace them at the sale price on line of $165, after a few emails they agreed and since then I have sent two more emails asking where the refund is and they haven't answered.

I have been very patient and they even acknowledged that but it has gone on way too long, I had to buy new boots and as of today I told them I am going to your bureau in the hope you will be able to help.

I have the email threads if you need a copyDesired Settlement: I expect a refund of $165 at least, maybe something for the energy and time I have had to put into this chasing them down.
