Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below When I tried times to order online and was told I failed each time ordering, my urgent emails and voice mails were ignored for daysWhen I got notice of shipment days later, when the website says to days, I immediately called and finally got a live personI found out the item that got processed was NOT the model I wantedI told them I would just send the box back refused because I did not want a radio I had to mess with, because of my disabilityI was coaxed by the person to NOT refuse it, but to Try it out in numerous situations to see how it worksAgainst my judgement I agreed to try it out, as he kept telling me how easy it is to useThe scanner arrived and sat on the front porch for days while I was in coloradoI tried the unit at home, and it only picked up some of the local transmissionsI would sit a the police station I am part of and the scanner would miss almost 30% of all transmissions from the PDI tried doing some traveling to a neighboring county and could not get any service, I then had a trip to the capitol city area after thanksgivingI brought the unit to try its scanning featuresNothingFor days the radio never made a peep, yet I listened to all kinds of calls from the scanner app on my phone.So, after giving it a thorough testing in multiple settings, ( I was never told I had to get it back in days ) I called for a return authorizationThey gave me a rma number and told me to send unit backNo other info was given Never did I hear the words from them about a day deal, they wanted me to try unit out in numerous situationsNever did I hear the words that they were going to keep 25% of my cost of the unitNever did they say I was going to get screwed if I accepted the unitAll I heard from them was to accept the package that I said I did not want and to try the unit out It was there way of getting me to get the unit and then keep some of the moneyI am not going to sit here and get screwed by this company I had given a lot of attention to for years before feeling comfortable doing business with themThey do not do business wellThey do not care about their customersI will take this to small claims court and I will post my complaint on every complaint site across the web if I get taken for a ride by scanner masterThey never called me after I sent the scanner back to discuss their issues, they just did their partial return, with no explanation, and I had to find out by checking my balance on my card’s websiteThat is not good customer relationsWhat they did to me was pre-meditatedThey knew if they could get me to open the package, they would keep 25% of my costThat is veey deceptive practices for a business and I will exploit that to everyone if I get screwed by themI’m going to file a claim with texas and dallas Revdex.com because they committed fraud interstate and I’m not done with this Regards, [redacted] ***

The order was placed on 10/26/at 5:pm The item was programmed and shipped on 10/27/Our return policy is days from date of purchase and all items must be returned in original packaging from the manufacturer since we are not the manufacturer and have to return it ourselves to themThe item was returned without the manufacturers box and Programming is not refundable as it is a service that is provided by hourly labor.That is why the full refund was not available

Actually everything you're saying is , you got what you ordered , you were told it was returnable if it didn't work for you with the exception of the programming fee Those words were not only told to you but they are posted all over our site as well as on the check out pageSince I'm tired of your ridiculous statements about our company that does nothing but service our thousands of customers I'm going to fulfill the remainder of your refund even though you don't deserve it since you couldn't even return the product in usable form

We will refund the programming fee if the radio is kept

I refused the resolution of this complaint, which I had originally requested, in error I will accept the refund of the programming fee or I will return the radio to be reprogrammed at no charge

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] [redacted] and scannermaster and scanner station are operated by the same owner three different companies payments and Arrangements started with Scanner Master each time I have a trouble ticket for technical support with range gas I must call Scanner Master to resolve the issues there's no separate number you operate it Everything Under One Roof just for legal terms you like to say separate company you misleading the clients by doing so however I'm trying to resolve the issue that we haven't had only thing that I need that I want which is not difficult for you the only reason you're doing this because I'm an immigrant you didn't discriminate against myself I don't know what you have against me on my country however only thing service only thing I need at this time is the service and I would have to make payment up front I don't know why that's so hard for you we wasting more valuable time with emails back and forth and just about your pride I don't know why you do that this is business as you can see also other complaints your have from other customers you have done the same thing to them as well so please let's Find solution for a our problem Regards, [redacted]

The item was what was ordered and programmed and shipped prior to you trying to cancelIf you wanted or want a different model that could of or still can be arrangedYour programming file can be taken from one radio and put in to another free of chargeAs stated the programming is a service therefore is not refundable but can certainly put in any radio if you ordered the wrong one

Regards, i UNDERSTAND [redacted] & scanner Master are two companies.I purchase the service at scanner Master Correct?And Service [redacted] its the same owner same service address different names.Look stop playing games,If I had any other company that does what you do, we would not be having this coversation.But your employee [redacted] told me that when I want to turn on the service just call him he would turn me back on!I always paid the the service in advance!his words.You can turn it off, when you are ready just call me and I will get you back on!!!!!!!!!!so why are you doing this?i paid 5k plus  for my system.two things one because you want to charge me more 5k for a new system.or because your boss, does not like Brasilians. when I meet him in Miami. he gave me that impression.the only reason he let me have the service is beacuse he need it me as a g.. pig. I WAS YOU FIRST CUSTOMER

As you stated you cancelled your service with [redacted] so your issue is with them. [redacted] has nothing to do with ScannerMaster they are separate entities..

I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved. NOTE: I was not verbally informed of the 'surcharge' on the phone conversation when I was coaxed into trying the unit out because you didn't want me to refuse it and send it back unopened. The phone conversation, in my eyes, supersedes whatever is on the website. I immediately tried numerous ways to contact your company as soon as your website said the order did not go thru three times. You never returned any of the phone calls or the daily emails which would have prevented this fiasco and I probably would be enjoying the correct unit..  Thank you for refunding my money. I will note that on every place I filed my complaint.  Peace Out

When I tried 3 times to order online and was told I failed each time ordering, my urgent emails and voice mails were ignored for 2 days. When I got notice of shipment 2 days later, when the website says 6 to 10 days, I immediately called and finally got a live person. I found out the item that got processed was NOT the model I wanted. I told them I would just send the box back refused because I did not want a radio I had to mess with, because of my disability. I was coaxed by the person to NOT refuse it, but to Try it out in numerous situations to see how it works. Against my judgement I agreed to try it out, as he kept telling me how easy it is to use. The scanner arrived and sat on the front porch for 8 days while I was in colorado. Scanner Master sold Mr. [redacted] equipment in 2011 and 2012. No complaints were ever received about the equipment and we only handle the payments of equipment only. As Mr. [redacted] has been told Scanner Master does not provide the [redacted] service, that is a separate entity.

We will refund the programming fee if the radio is kept.
