We also sent renewal letters in Dec of and February of that states, "Don't want to prepay? That's okay, Patriot will automatically renew these services from unless you change or cancel prior to your first service." Aside from these notifications, our office called Mr *** at the phone number we have always called ahead since 2016: (*** *** to let him know we were coming to do his service. I am attaching a copy of the renewal forms sent to him over the winter showing the "Don't want to prepay?" statement above and a copy of our vonage call logs showing our outbound call to Mr*** prior to performing his service on 5/17.We called Mr *** on 5/to pre-notify him of our arrival and we received cancellation on 5/after service was complete. We believe we gave Mr*** proper notification of our our renewal policy and also made verbal efforts to reach him before doing the serviceWe will continue to seek payment for services rendered.Thank you,***

These are the facts: ***'s company mailings are solicitations for services and do not consitute a contractI never signed a contract with their business, and pre-paid in full for ONE YEAR ONLY of service, which they provided in Her solicitation of service mailings over the winter, along with several other vendors, are not a contractually binding agreement of any kind between a customer who has paid for previous services rendered I never requested automatic renewal of services, and will not pay for services I did not request or approveAutomatic renewal of services must be by the customer, not the vendorSolicitations and obligatory cancellations are not binding. Her company representative knowingly applied product to a lawn that was already serviced, and had signs clearly indicating so. Her company never called my cell phoneThe only call logged in my phone from May 16th came from out of state from someone else. On the date of disputed service her company representative spoke to my neighbor, who clearly stated I had already had my lawn serviced by another company. *** ***
