Review: Scarborough Research has contacted us a number of times (I believe aprrox. 8 times) in the past 3-4 months, always at our dinner hour. Every single time we have asked them to remove us from their call list, and they are still calling. Tonight, when their representative called, I told her we had asked several times to be removed from their list, that they were constantly interrupting our dinner, and she said, "Well, Ma'am, it's a short survey..." I told her in no uncertain terms that I do not care how short the survey is, that I was lodging a complaint with the Revdex.com and not to call back again. I should not have to ask them more than once not to call back, much less be interrupted with an excuse about it being a short survey. I shouldn't have to ask them at all, as we long ago asked the phone company to place us on a "do not call" list for marketing, sales and research.Desired Settlement: In short, I want the harassment to stop. I want a letter confirming that we have been removed from the call list, confirmation of a company policy change that employees have been directed to remove future potential contacts from the call list if the contact says to remove them, acknowledgment of what an intrusion it is to call repeatedly, not to mention the fact that it's our right to refuse to do a survey, and an apology for pointlessly and repeatedly interrupting my family time.

Review: Callers keep contacting me via phone to complete a survey, but I have asked them via phone and email to discontinue calling me.Desired Settlement: Stop contacting me

Review: They have been repeatedly calling me. I am on the FCC "do not call" list and I asked them to place me on their do not call list but they refuse and continue to call. They are extremely rude and insulting when they callDesired Settlement: I wish they would stop contacting me. Also, they should fire their rude callers and not contact anyone on the FCC "Do Not Call" list.

Review: We are constantly receiving phone calls from this company at odd hours, including [redacted] on a week night. When asked to stop calling, they refuse and say that they are not solicitors and will continue to call until we agree to complete their survey.Desired Settlement: This company needs to offer the ability to verbally opt out of their caller list and to refrain from contacting people at hours before and after [redacted].

Review: I receive VERY frequent phone calls from this company, at least two each and every day! I have spoken to them on several occasions and asked that the phone calls stop. I asked to be placed on their "no call" list - they state they don't have one and aren't obliged to have one because they aren't actually selling anything. I just asked that they not call me again - they say they don't understand why not, and why don't I just answer their questions. I asked the caller today how to make the phone calls stop and she directed me to a website "[redacted]" which was nothing but a scam. I am at my wits end and hope you can help.Desired Settlement: I would just like the daily (and often several times a day) phone calls to stop.

Review: I am disabled and this company insists on calling at odd times. They have contacted as late as 9:3p.m.. They have even called back after I've hanged up. I've asked them not to call but this has been to know avail. I now consider them as harassing our home please have them stop and desist.Desired Settlement: Stop and desist from calling.

Review: Telephone market research survey company cold-caller refuses when asked "please put me on your do not call list." Those were my precise words, stated multiple times: "please put me on your do not call list". Cold caller states he is calling from "Scarborough Research." Gives a company phone number (###-###-####) to contact if I am dissatisifed by his refusal to stop the company's calls, but refuses to take any action himself to halt the market research cold calls to me. Claims market research survey callers are not legally required to refrain from calling anyone because their business of providing survey data entails trying to contact and survey people even if they do not want to be contacted. I simply want this company to stop contacting me and anyone else who tells their callers "please put me on your do not call list."Desired Settlement: I want Scarborough Research, any subcontractors etc to stop contacting me.
