I am rejecting this response because:
Again my daughter called the day before not the night before She confirmed AM pickup If business open at PM why didn't the employee counter with PM as being the earliest pickup time Your clock sign said you opened at AM Other customers were standing and waiting out and in their cars I do have a witness whom was in line that day and can confirm the above statement Reply to your alpha bullets:a)Again the pasta salad had very, very, very, very little pasta salad, mostly onions and peppers most had to be tossed in trash.b) Again caprese sandwich- I did not say eggplant was served on caprese I said there were caprese and eggplant sandwiches We did not order eggplant sandwiches We had both eggplant and caprese sandwiches.c) Please reread your delivery fee response: "I am not aware of a delivery fee" but in the same sentence you're saying there is a delivery fee? Yes we paid a delivery fee.d) We are not requesting a 100% refund It would not be fair or ethical to seek 100% after ourselves and guests consumed a portion of the food most was uneaten and had to be thrown away.e) Your catering menu states: "Serving utensils $each (automatically added unless specified)" We did not specify and did not get serving utensils.No confusion on our part Coordination on our side (even w/changes) was very clear Seems as though and confirmed by Yelp and other social media including our experience, *** need to regroup with a good business plan and execute it Not sure if communication, customer service and QA is part of their planLook at this example and take a look at Yelp Again due to the bad and incorrect food, the hour and minute late opening I am requesting for a 50% refund Our event was dampened by ***

Hello, In response to this customer complain. Response:A night before, someone called indicating that Order was going to be picked up at noon.(confirmation was done and indicated by employees).Staff began early to prepare order.Order normally take about min to make, as all the bread
is baked fresh per order.Yes, we opened around 12:03pm, (minutes late).You can see our reschedule for restaurant on various sitesgoogle, Eat24, GrubHub, ect.In regards to food.a) Pasta Salad, Is served with Onion, peppers and Pasta Salad.b) I did check with chef and Eggplant IS NOT served on the Caprese Sandwich(his been with company for more than years).c) I am not aware of any Delivery Fee, if the request is to returned delivery fee, we definitively do soIts normally to $5.00.d) We do 100% refund, if you don't consume food.e) Serving Utensils: There was no where on catering order that those were required nor were they requested when order was placed originally.Note: Serving utensils, as indicated on catering menu @***grill.com, are charged, customer never paid for those.Note: Customer did request those AFTER pick up, and we just happen to be out of large plastic serving spoon.we did provide them napkins, and forks at no charge.Seems that customer that called a night before and customer picking up food, did not coordinate pick up time. As you can see, from customer, they changed their mind a few times on this order: Pick up time, Delivery vs Pick up request, Service Spoon requests.Please note that we do have a log of all the times, this customer changed their mindSomewhere in between there was a communicationbreakdown.Hope this helps clarify.***
