I placed an order on June 29thThe money was taken from my account the same day, but I have yet to receive my merchandise!!! I am furious! I have emailed twice, and called numerous times only to hear a busy signal every single time! I very seriously doubt I will get my merchandise or my money backEven if I did, I would still never order from Stainless Banners againHorrible, [redacted] businessThere is no way the "controversy" is causing this big of a delay especially when they had the items in stock when I ordered

Do not use Stainless Banners for your flag needsThey are currently claiming that *** is holding their money and therfore unable to ship out the ordered items, however as I have experience and numerous others have posted on facebook, they do not answer emails and you can no t get through on their phonesThey also do not respond to the*** claimsThis is causing a bog in claims and taking forever for people to get their money backThey did not even have the curtousy to post something to the site warning of the usue or email the customers who had already orderedThey have very poor business practices

They took my money via *** then claimed paypal froze their acct so I needed to send them a cashiers check or money orderI contacted paypal and that information is they have the money they just won't send merchandise they are A SCAM DO NOT ORDER OR GIVE THEM INFO

I placed an order with stainless banners and their web site says same day shipping. I live with in the same state as they do and it has been 10 days and I have not recieved my order. I have left two emails, which they have yet to respond to and make numerous phone calls to both numbers they have on their website and all I get is a busy signal. Not a happy customer at all!!

I placed two seperate orders with Stainless Banners, !. On July 5 2.)July 6, I have not received either one of my orders I have called two numbers on numberous occassions and got a busy signal from both. I will not order from them again.

This company is a scam. I placed an order with them on July 6, 2015 online. I never received and email conformation, or shipment notification. Website states all orders received before 3pm will be shipped the same day. I have tried emailing this company and have gotten no response back. I also tried to call them but the phone number is busy all the time.

On July fifth 2015 I ordered 10 Confederate flags from Stainless Banners and paid $98.90 with my [redacted] account. After not receiving my order I checked with Stainless Banners and was sent an email stating that [redacted] refused to pay because of the Confederate flags. I found out from [redacted] that they had paid and I have not been able to get any response from Stainless Banners since then. At this time it seems I have lost my $98.90 and have no flags. Be careful, [redacted].

[redacted]so do they think we're stupid enough to send them more money to another named company or is pay pal really doing what they claim....who knows...and we probably never will...I have a claim through pay pal and plan on getting my money back. Thank goodness it was only $20.
