In response...Tenants did not provide forwarding address in writing as requested and required.  Landlord sent security deposit allocation worksheet to Landlords PO box within the 30 days to have postmark.Tenants failed to pay full amount of rent.  Full spreadsheet sent to Mrs [redacted] with...

accounting.Tenants caused damages that were charges against security deposit.Tenants had late fees, bounced check fees, and some rent that remained unpaid and were deducted from deposit.[redacted] has nothing to do with this rental contract and should be removed from the complaint.

A check will be sent to tenant today.
