I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I do accept their resolution, however, their response is full of untruthsThey are covering up for their less than professional business practices.1) They state upon arriving on site there was additional inventoryNot true at allMother had very little inventory, there was nothing there that I hadn't told them aboutLies...2) I didn't give correct information for the initial estimateNot trueI was using a previous moving company as an example of them sticking to their estimate even though they misjudged the moveThat company came out and looked at my inventory and estimated based on what they saw*** *** *** * *** did not come out and look at where they were moving from and what they would be moving or where they were moving toThey estimated incorrectly and want their customer to pay for their mistake.3) The moving time was changed twiceWe were supposed to start between and a.mThe day before they said they were short handed and wouldn't be able to be there until afternoonThis was not acceptableThey ended up calling back and moving it up to a more appropriate timeI was upset about the initial change where they changed it to later in the dayI was pleased when they called back the second time and moved it up someThey are making excuses and trying to put everything on me.4) It's more than a scratch on the coffee tableThe corner was damaged by running it into somethingI don't trust them to repair it. 5) The job was supposed to take a maximum of hoursHow do they explain it taking those guys over hours? I understand that they charge for travel timeThey are the ones that estimated the hours, not me. 6) I told them initially I wanted partial packingI assume that was in the estimateWe ended up packing everything ourselves AND we had the boxes staged for them outside the apartment in the hallwayAnd they left stuff behind that we had to go back and retrieve. They have done nothing but lie in their response to youI am happy to accept the $as a resolution, and am happy to be done with them.Thank you for your help with this unfortunate situation
