Tim was very helpful, knowledgeable, and on top of things when it came to replacing our roof Tim stopped by to evaluate our roof one day, he indicated we had roof damage and would like to have one of his contractors and an insurance adjuster evaluate the roof We were very hesitant as we had never heard of SCAPRos before We decided to have a well known roofing company come to our house to give us a 2nd opinion; he indicated we should file a claim as we had significant damage That contractor and our insurance adjuster examined our roof and the adjuster determined we had $worth of damage and a claim should not be filed The roofing contractor did not show him or explain to him what he had saw and they left it at that I called Tim back as we were worried since two contractors had told us we had damage to the roof and needed a replacement Tim called the adjuster, he and the adjuster came back to our house re-examined the roof It was determined that time the roof did need a full replacement Tim was very persistent with insurance and was able to get the full roof replaced The crew he used did a great job - we only found a couple of nails after they were completed around the yard/deck Tim uses good quality shingles and very nice to work with I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone
