Owner [redacted] charged me $for a $treatment, plus $tipDepleted my account! Agreed to give me $back for treatment and next day she renege I received a mani/pedi treatment for $54, and I added a tip of $Owner [redacted] charged me $559! Review: Getting in contact with [redacted] has always been a bit of an issue with her returning calls or emails. Especially right down until before the wedding she set up a date for us to finalize wedding day plans and didn't even call the time she set up. I was finally able to contact her just a few days before and finalize the arrangements. The wedding day went smoothly she arrived and took photos as requested. After returning from the honeymoon we began to reach out to her to get an estimate date we should expect the photos. We sent her multiple emails, text messages, called her cell phone and home phone leaving message. Finally after weeks of trying to contact her she called saying our photos would be in the mail. We received our photos edited on the desk. We loved majority of them but wanted to see about making a few more edits on a select few. We attempted to reach her about these edits and then also our rights so we can print the photos and the unedited disk we were supposed to receive according to our contract. We have had no success with reaching or hearing from her about the resolution. We also still have yet to receive a copy of the contract which we had to complete and send back to her and she was to send us a signed copy. We have received electronic emails for receipt of the payments we have sent into her.Desired Settlement: We just want to get a few of our already edited photos corrected, receive our unedited copy of the disk and the rights to the photos and be done with dealing with her as it has made for a very stressful situation that could have been avoided had she just returned calls, email, or text messages.
