Review: I purchased 12 sessions of laser treatments for $600.00 paid by cash on 9/**/15. Getting to the center required a short commute but there arose safety concerns during the travel time necessary to make appointments. Due to these concerns, I elected to compete 6 treatments and requested a refund for the remaining 6 treatments. On September **, 2015 I informed office manager Ms. Y[redacted] that I will not be completing treatment due to safety concerns with the commute. My last treatment was 9/**/15 and I was informed that I would be mailed a check. On October *, 2015 I still did not receive a check, SIFM was called and the manager Ms. Y[redacted] stated that the check was mailed. A check # was requested/given. As of this date, I have not received my refund check for $300. On several occasion I have called the office and could not have a discussion because my calls went to voicemail. I had to seek assistance from my spouse to achieve an avenue of communication with office personnel. I am not happy at how this process has been handled.Desired Settlement: As it has almost been 1 month, I would like my refund of $300.00 immediately as expected.
