the plumber that was refered to them, could trouble shoot the plumbing and heating systemScavello Restoration had nothing to do with the plumbing, we are a restoration company and was only hired to dry out the property and put temporary heatWe refered one of the plumbers that we use on many of our jobs*** hired him to get the heating back up and runningHe proceeded to do testing and get everything in order to replace the radiatorsWhen he contacted her after being hired she did not respond with giving him a deposit**.*** became upset that the plumber could not just throw any size heater into the propertyHe tried to explain to her that it needed to be sized and mato fit to what was there prior and it was going to take four week to come inWe later learned that the property was under settlement for March 28, and her only concern was to put any kind of radiator in to make settlementWe were not upset that *** decided to get another plumber, because we were not do plumbing*** needed a plumber so all we did was refer a plumber to herIt is the customers choice to use them or notIt has no bearings on usRegarding the lien on the propertyAfter learning the property was under settlement, and there was no real commitment from the insurance company *** *** that *** was being covering for the lossI emailed the bill to her on March 13th, and gave her days to pay which would be until March 20thIt is standard procedure that when ever there questionable coverage and the home is making settlement that we requested paymentFinding out that the property was making settlemnt on March 28th we needed time to protect ourselfs as a standered procedure to put a lien on the property before it sold in order to reassure payment*** also resides in *** ***, which was a concern and would make it very difficult to get paid once the home was soldWe have been in business for over years and have never had one complaint with the Revdex.comAre pricing is within standard guide lines with all major insurance companiesWe don't make up oru prices, there are runned by and estimating system that is used by all insurance companiesWe have been getting paid these price for over years from all major companies.We are including all emails and text message between ourself and **.***
