teamThat being said we did offer you the best available offer at the time you purchased your carWe don't believe that one customer should get a better deal than another because of their negotiation skillsWhen we provide an offer or promotion for a car it is a standardized offer for that time frameThat being said from time to time, generally every month the manufactures and dealership do offer different promotions such as different interest rates, promotions or discountsSometimes they do varyThese discounts can often be used to present a different promotion but the result is the sameFor example last month Toyota Plaza offered low interest rates, a $*** gas card, and free tiresThis month our offer is the same as when you purchased your vehicle Toyota ***Low interest rates, a $*** discount plus a free set of winter tiresBoth offers have the same benefit to the customer but are presented a little differentlyThe primary difference with your deal was we gave you an additional $*** discount because of your service in the military and your received a free trunk linerI realize you feel that we could have offered you a better deal but this was the best possible deal we could offer

I do understand that everyone is sorry, from the new sales Rep I have been dealing with to the Sales managerAnd that is great that you apologised, but is there anything that you can do for me no regarding the starter? I don't think it is unreasonable to request some kind of a compromise

I have made contact with [redacted]. At first she was merely side stepping the issue but after offered me an apology and another used vehicle, although it had higher mileage than the original.
I have been in contact with numerous businesses and they all have an email auto notify set up that alerts customers to potential holidays and vacation time. I appreciate her apology but I felt she wasn't told all the facts by her employees. [redacted].
