But updating terms and conditions after the fact does not remedy the issue or excuse the business's obligation to meet the terms it provided me at the point of sale.? The warranty did not call out this exclusion.? And, according to Internet archive shots,? the terms and conditions do not? specify this exclusion at the time I made my order, either.? In fact, it appears the terms stated:? "In an even [sic] that a customer device is damaged by iMaster Repair, LLC in the process of a repair, iMaster LLC will replace the unit with a working unit of the same kind or better, in the same or better condition."? Changed ownership, corrected? terms and conditions, and changes in services do not remedy iMaster's breach of our agreement.? Sincerely, [redacted] ?

Yes we stated to the customer to return the unit to have incorrect the issue and to include a shipping receipt so we could reimburse the shipping cost.

Customer ordered an iPad Air screen repair, we got their device and it was an iPad Air We contacted them and told them they had placed the wrong order for their deviceShe got all defensive and kept denying that the device was an iPad Air and not an air We sent her the serial number and model
number and pictures of all this to herSo I guess we are a scamming business because we would like to be paid for the correct repair? I still don't understand why she got defensive when we told her she placed a wrong order, in her words she made this statement "I had had a bad feeling about using you guys" what is that supposed to mean? All we said was that she placed an order for and Air screen repair and sent us an air and that the cost in repairing that model was $195.Her refund is due to be processed Friday as all refunds are processed at the end of the week.

Hello, I am writing again because I just checked my credit card statement and this fraudulent business has yet to refund me and treated me like dirt, but nothing has been rectifiedAwesome, thanks for your attempts to help me...-*** ***

When we got the unit we noticed the unit was an iPad mini, we thought the unit was an iPad mini as they look the same only difference is the way the screen was designedThe iPad mini has the outer glass and colored glass are two separate parts as the iPad mini is one part where the outer
glass is glued to the inner colored screen.
So thinking that this was just an iPad mini we attempted to repair the unitNow keep in mind we are a Repair company so when we attempt to repair any unit it will require us to remove the screen Hence since thats the process of a screen repair orderNo way around thatWhen starting to remove the glass from the left top corner we noticed that the glass was not coming off as it should if the unit was an iPad mini as like stated before are two separate partsWe noticed on this iPad that the glass was glued to the internal colored screenWe stopped the repair as we realized this unit was clearly not an iPad mini but rather an iPad mini 4.
We stopped the repair and contacted the customer stating to here that "we attempted to repair her unit but realized it was an iPad mini 4." Notice that we stated to her that we "attempted" to repair the unit Attempt is defined as: (make an effort to achieve or complete (something, typically a difficult task or action)
Now please tell me how does one make an attempt to repair a broken glass screen unit and not have any glass missing from that attempt of repair? She stated "that chunks of glass were missing form the iPad mini" we'll yes theres going to be, first of all your unit was sent to us broken and an attempt of repair was madeAnd that was stated to you.
We have repaired over 10,units since being in business and have shipped all device in the same way, if our method of packing was an issue we would of corrected it long ago, but its notWe can't change your personal preference on how you would like your device packagedAll device are shipped the same way.
If customer feels that the unit was damaged more when in transit she should file a claim with the USPS, But I have looked up her order and she did not select the insurance option when she placed the order on our siteAll of our customers are given the option to choose for their package to be insured or notShe choose Not To.

Sure we’ll issue you a refund no problem

Looks like you fixed your own issues with a new sim card from at&tAnd if your iPad is charging then I would say we fixed itWe can't control how fast it chargesAlso you state these issues are your fault (Bang your devices around too much) so not sure why you submitting a complaint

I'm sorry you feel suckeredThat's not what we doWe offer a warranty on all our repairs but our policy is if a customer wants to file a warranty claim it's their responsibility to send the unit back.
Also the antenna was replaced and was testing working perfectly after repairedThere is
no such thing as a "weaker antenna"
alsoif your unit was dented during shipping this is a usps issue as it was damaged in transits and a claim should of been made with them.
