Scenic Rivers Energy Co-op

About a year ago this electric company removed a nite lamp mounted on a pole they claim to own. This lamp is the only lamp which lights our property (which is outside the city limits). They left the lamp lying on the ground near the pole along with a memo indicating for $30/month they will install one of their lamps. We refused this offer. Since that time, a $30/month fee has been charged to us for 'maintenance costs' (i.e. the miscellaneous cost of running a business). They claim this fee has always been there but that is certainly not true. Our bill increased $30/month.
