About a year ago this electric company removed a nite lamp mounted on a pole they claim to ownThis lamp is the only lamp which lights our property (which is outside the city limits)They left the lamp lying on the ground near the pole along with a memo indicating for $30/month they will install one of their lampsWe refused this offerSince that time, a $30/month fee has been charged to us for 'maintenance costs' (i.ethe miscellaneous cost of running a business)They claim this fee has always been there but that is certainly not trueOur bill increased $30/month
