Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
On June 18, 2015, Scenic Traveler R.V.
Center salesman [redacted] told me that the trailer
manufacturer, Forest River, did not compensate dealers for labor,
only replacement parts. I was told this was to deter customers from
purchasing a trailer from a discounter and then bringing the trailer
to a local dealer for warranty repair. I could have purchased this
trailer from a discounter for $4000 less than Scenic Traveler R.V.
Center. This is the only reason I purchased the 2015 Forest River
MicroLite from Scenic Traveler R.V. Center and the only reason I have
returned to Scenic Traveler R.V. Center for warranty repairs.Given that Scenic Traveler R.V. Center
service department's response claims to have performed warranty
repairs that I did (I have the old parts to prove it), I do not know
if Scenic Traveler R.V. Center salesman [redacted] lied to
me and cheated me out of $4000 or Scenic Traveler R.V. Center
Service is telling the truth that I can take my trailer to any other
dealer for warranty repair without incurring additional costs.I have contacted the manufacturer,
Forest River, and asked for their written reply concerning this
matter. Until such time as I learn the truth, I cannot close this
complaint.

Review: When we were first looking at the trailer that we ended up purchasing, I told the salesman that it is very important that we have a working air conditioner and he told me that it would all be checked over and working for us. He was aware that I had to rent a truck to take the trailer to my property in Patch Grove, Wisconsin. It cost me more than $200 to rent the truck. After we got the trailer out to our property, we turned the air conditioner on. It made a quiet running sound, yet it was not getting cold. I called Scenic to tell the salesman, ***, that the air conditioner did not work. *** told me I probably broke a wire when I was bringing it to my property. He then put me thru to ***, the maintenance manager. *** told me that since they sold me a trailer with an air conditioner that did not work, he would have to fix it for us. When I explained that the trailer was already on my property and that I had to rent a truck to get it there, he said that they would then have to go out to my property to fix it or they would bring it back to their shop to fix it. At that point I was pleased with this resolution. However, the next time I talked to ***, he told me that they would not be going out to my property to fix the air conditioner and that I should not have used an extension cord to get power to my trailer and that this could have been what caused the air conditioner to not work. I have used the same type of heavy duty extension cords that were purchased from trailer dealers for many years and have never had any problems in any of my trailers that was caused by the use of heavy duty extension cordsDesired Settlement: I would like for them to replace the broken air conditioning unit with a working one.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I reject this. The air cond. was not worked on. the filter was very dirty, and upon having a man take off the cover (On top of camper ) it also was dirty also there is a added thing on the line that scenic told me was illegal to do.

I bought a 2012 trailer which had some problems after delivery. They came out and fixed them. Then a couple months later we had some molding falling down. So I called the service department. They told me my service calls where used up. I told him it's a brand new trailer. He told me it dosent matter. Needless to say their service department is terrible and very rude. I will never buy from them again.

Review: June 18, 2015 I purchased a Flagstaff MicroLite Travel Trailer from Scenic RV, Slinger, WI. Returning the trailer for warranty repair, Scenic RV's Service Department has performed some of the requested warranty repairs, done a poor job on some warranty repairs and ignored some warranty repair requiring my trailer to be returned for repair multiple times. Scenic does not schedule service so we can only drop off the trailer and wait. The 'wait' is 4-6 weeks. Since we took delivery of our new Flagstaff MicroLite June 18, 2015, we have only had very limited use of our trailer.

On July 13, 2015, I tried to contact Mr. ***, the person I found on record as the owner of Scenic RV concerning his Service Department and the fact I was not pleased having to do my own repairs. Mr. Peterson was unable to respond to my request. All I received was a phone call from a very upset ***.

Our trailer has been vandalized multiple times waiting repair. Scenic RV's *** has stated, “You want parts then you buy them yourself” taking zero responsibility for the damage and stolen accessories. I did an extensive inspection of our new trailer. The under carriage is coated in rust. Scenic RV's *** refused to even look at our new trailer instead stating “a service order was written to wash the salt off.” I have does my best with repairs to ameliorate the rust but I do not have the facilities to properly address the problem. Now, we are starting to have electrical problems.

It is blatantly obvious the goal here is to dissuade us from returning to Scenic RV for warranty repairs. Scenic RV has been successful in this regard as I now consider the cost to repair the vandalism and loss of use versus the cost to repair the trailer myself. This is not what I expected when I spent $22,000.Desired Settlement: I am willing to satisfy Scenic RV's desire to not do warranty repairs for my new trailer by taking my trailer to another Forest River dealer. My desired outcome is that I not suffer financially for their decision. *** has agreed to perform all necessary repairs if they are compensated by Scenic RV.

We have just purchased our second RV from Scenic RV & could not be more pleased with the staff, service dept. & the owners . Great people all around . Very friendly & helpful!! We will definitely tell our friends all about our experience !! Happy camping in our future !!!

This is absolutely THE MOST unprofessional and cash kill business we have ever encountered. We paid $4899 for these is to check our camper tail to end; fix water damage and calk entire trailer. They never even replaced gas leak detector of age 10. No smoke alarm. Black water tank never fixed. Caulk was 70% done. Charged for full tank full on LP and they were empty. Air conditioner was not checked and did not work. Had to bring in ANOTHER RV service to properly repair all items to the tune of $1400. They also locked all keys in said RV and had to hire a locksmith to get into our own trailer. Yes; they should be out of business.

Review: We have an water issue with our refrigerator. We are assuming this is something that the Manufacturer Warranty will cover since we havent physically had the trailer a year yet (reported this May 28th) .. that is if everything has been completed on your end and its in effect. We signed papers on the trailer in May, but it wasnt delivered until June. We received Manual w. Warranty Info in it Feb 2015 (8 months later) We filled out the Warranty Paper you noted we had to mail in, and you noted you completed stuff from your end...hoping you did that since we didnt recv anything on it (didnt know how long the warranty was, how long it covered etc)We need to have this looked at as soon as possible and since we didnt use our free service call yet, we would like to use that. This is a summary of the note we sent Chad S*** on May 28th 2015. We did nto hear anything from him nor anyone at Scenic. As per the warranty info in the book it notes if you have a claim to contact your dealership, in which we have. Since we did not hear anyting we stopped in on July 7th, Chad immediately appologized for not getting back to me regarding my email / issues and took us to see Kurt in Service. Kurt told us our Warranty expired on June 9th and if it is the fridge they wont touch it..it may be covered under frigidaire. Chad proceeded to assist more by picking up the phone and noting to us, this is their shut down week (not sure if he was talking about frigidaire or riverside) but I will get a contact / info for you and call you as soon as I get that. Well a week went by and no call from Chad, so several emails and calls were made to him .. finally an appointment with Kurt at Scenic for July 21st at 9am. Please see emails for additional comments - have had several issues since we bought this trailer with this dealership in ***.Desired Settlement: I would either like our trailer fixed as soon as possible back to new condition (since we have taken good care of our trailer by doing everything we were supposed to do and min uses since we purchased it)water damage is starting to happen nowor you accept a return back to you (at $31,147 purchase price), since I cannot get any response or assistances with anything with the issues / concerns with the trailer you had sold usI am NOT paying 31,000 for a trailer that I maintained professional every time it needed winterizing or severely wrong with itby Scenic RV (slide out) and by Greenway RV (winterizing).
