IT IS FRANKLY IMPOSSIBLE TO RUN A SERIOUS BUSINESS WITH PROVIDERS LIKE SCENT IT.

I HAVE BEEN CALLING FOR 5 DAYS, WRITING E MAIL, LEAVING MESSAGES AND THEY DON´T CALL BACK. I PLACED AN ORDER IN SEPTEMBER AND HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM SINCE.

IT IS A SHAME BECAUSE ONE OF MY BEST SELLERS WAS GARDENIA.

Review: To Whom It May Concern:I, recently placed an online order with a company named Scent It...this order was never sent completed my order # [redacted] was for 4 vials of coconut scent and 2 vials of jasmine scent, what I received was 1 vial of each, I quickly call the phone number listed on packing slip ###-###-####..all I got was a recording, I left a message with my phone number......I've placed three calls since on or about 6/19/2013. This order cost me $15.66, S/H $7.85 and insurance $1.75 totaling $25.26 paid via my Visa card. I'm a retired woman and I expect to receive what I paided for from this company. Is their any way the Revdex.com could intervene on my behalf to get this order completed? If, not I want to lodge a complaint against Scent It and Michael A. Frend. This is totally poor business practice, makes me wonder how many others have not gotten what they ordered. Review: I had placed the same order 3-4 times with credit card information, I always received a transaction confirmation that the orders had gone through, I have never received anything and nothing has been taken from my account yet, I had called and left messages and e-mailed after each order to see if they had infact gone through, no one has ever responded back to me. I really want the scents as I can not find them any other place.Desired Settlement: would like to order if they are still in business or I want some reassurance that later down the line my credit card info will not be taken advantage of.
