Review: The company claimed it would send me a 2 (out of 4) replacements sheet sets (specifically, Scent-Sation Charmeuse Satin 4-Piece Sheet Set, Queen, Gold) and has failed to send them out after multiple emails that have gone unanswered. The representative [redacted] and [redacted] have not replied in close to a week and I seriously do not have time to be going back and fouth via email.
My request could not be simpler: send me two Scent-Sation Charmeuse Satin 4-Piece Sheet Set, Queen, Gold so I can test them out and I will decide what to do from there.
I feel like I am being led on as they keep pushing back the date they expect the sheet sets to be in stock again.Desired Settlement: Quit leading me on and multiple times about the delivery date. Send me two of the Scent-Sation Charmeuse Satin 4-Piece Sheet Set, Queen, Gold with the tunneled elastic band so I can verify if their sheets are still up to their original standards or if I should just get a refund. This couldn't be any easier. I like their original sheets and I want to see if what the sheets straight from scent-sations will be any better than the sets [redacted] sent me.
