Review: We received a set of charmeuse satin sheets in early February. Upon receiving the sheets we were dissatisfied with the poor quality. I returned the sheets via [redacted] and tracking shows they were received by the company on February [redacted]. When I did the return, I sent an email to the company giving them a heads up about the return and reason why. I received no response. I have also completed their 'contact us' request form on their website two additional times to request a status of the return and refund and have heard nothing. It will now have been 30 days since they received the return and according to their website all refunds should be received within that timeframe.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a refund for the cost of the sheets, plus a refund of the shipping since I have had to go out of my way to contact this company to try and resolve the issue.

Review: I have wasted an immense amount of time due to this company's incompetence. I have ordered their charmeuse sheet sets from [redacted] for a long time; then suddenly this year when I ordered the same exact product from [redacted] I received a sheet set that was obviously not the same material they had been using in their sheets that I have been purchasing up until this point. The differences in the material are that the newer sheets are rougher in texture and feel and the elastic band is exposed in the form of a white band. So, I called the company and the rep told me that the reason for this was that they had been selling the "whisper silk" sheets as charmeuse. So, I proceeded to order the "whisper silk" product and it turned out to be the exact same product as the charmeuse product.

I have three unusable sheets from this company that I ordered through [redacted] and do not have the time to return to them. This company owes me an apology and a refund and they need to send me one of each product--the charmeuse and the whisper silk--in queen size for the hassle and wasted time so I can verify what sheet set I want. I have ordered close to 10 sets of their product up to this point that were good (up until this year)and this is the least they can do for me after wasting my time and misinforming me about their product.Desired Settlement: I have three unusable sheets from this company that I ordered through [redacted] and do not have the time to return. This company owes me an apology and a refund and they need to send me one of each product--the charmeuse and the whisper silk--in queen size in gold or silver color for my troubles and so I can verify what sheet set I want.
