My wife and I live in an apartment managed by Priderock Capital ManagementUpon returning from a trip on 06/11/18, we found our apartment to be without air conditioningNaturally, we called the emergency maintenance lineMaintenance was unable to work on it that night, but put us up in a model apartment overnightOver the next two weeks, we called the office and the maintenance line multiple times as well as submitted multiple work repair requests through the online portalIn that two weeks, the office only called us once (we were at work and unable to answer)Meanwhile, we called the office multiple times and did not receive any answerWe called the maintenance line multiple times over the two weeks and they did answerHowever, they always said that some part or another on the air conditioning "hadn't come in yet." I have reported mold via telephone and email to the management office with no action or response
In November I reported that I suspected there to be mold in the bathroom of my apartment and the gentleman I spoke with made me feel as if he was not taking my claim seriouslyHe stated he was going to add this concern to a recent repair order that had not yet been completedIt was later discovered that he did not add it to the orderI also emailed the management office to advise of such, and attached pictures to the emailsI received read receipt of the emails sent, but have received no response and there has been no action taken to remove the moldMyself and my four year old daughter continue to get sickWhen I described my daughter's symptoms to her pediatrician I was asked if we have mold in our home

In May 2017, we were given written notice that we would be undergoing a "fire inspection" and that access to our apartments would be needed Soon after that we noticed dramatically decreased water flow from both our bathroom faucets We waited to see if it would clear up on its own (there have been numerous water issues at our property) but it did not and we finally submitted a maintenance request via the property's mobile app Checking on the request the next day I noticed that it was marked as "Completed" though there had been no contact at all from the office and the water flow was still barely above a trickle

I've been living there since 01/06/2018,it has been a disaster many complaints made to the office in regards to repair first time I contacted the office the issues started in my bathroom apartment became hazardous to my family health there have been floods water sits under the wooden floor never dry up causing mold clogged up bath tubs in both bathrooms, leak under the kitchen sink and clogged up kitchen sink, clogged up sink in guess bathroom in the master bathroom there is a terrible smell just like the sewer every so often in the master bathroom there is water coming through in between the wooden floor not sure where it's coming from, I have picture, video of what have been going on, many complaints have been made to management office one time in March I contacted the police when first flood happens because maintenance showed up hours later there was water everywhere in the apartment when tubs started clogging up I've made several complaints to management team they send maintena
