Agents from Scentsy have contacted the customer and have offered to replace the product she states is bad Please know that we do have a reasonable window when products can be returned

She was given the option of returning the order to us as her account has since been cancelled for not meeting our activity requirements We did also let her know how she could request to have her account turned back on as well if she wishes to continue as a Consultant.Thank you, [redacted] [redacted] Scentsy, IncEPine St.Meridian, ID

The customer submitted his online order on the 16th of November, The consultant sent a ticket in on the 19th of November, 2016, which was a Saturday, and then called us on Monday the 21st of November to cancel the order Unfortunately the order was already past the "posted" status and could not be cancelled The customer asked for a refund in his original complaint and that's exactly what Scentsy did, we refunded the charges to his CC account Best Regards, Nancy M [redacted] Legal Assistant | Scentsy, Inc

I have the automatic generated reply as proofIt's has taken two addrional phone calls where I've been told the compliance department does not answer phone callsMy final call to them yesterday (8/16) I told the customer service rep I was planning to take further action i.eRevdex.com social media and possibly courtDue to their lack of even keeping their own policy of responding within to business daysI was told yesterday to please be patient they have my caseI would've never known that had I not called back againAfter I posted this complaint late last night I received an email from a compliance rep saying she just got my case?!
