I have placed an order a week agoSince then, I have been trying to get in contact with them to inquire about my order and when it is going to be shippedThey are not responding to meI sent them money over PayPal for the product and after that, they have been not responsiveI tried their online chat serviceAs soon as I gave them my order number the lady whom I was chatting with disappeared and never replied back I have emailed them several times, but haven't gotten any reply

Terrible companyI purchased a laptop computer from them on December 29, 2018, and have still not received itI have used their chat feature on the website and have either been lied to or ignoredI am going to ask for a refund to my [redacted] account

Beware of this company I have placed an order days ago Not received product or have I received a confirmation of the sale or delivery They took the money out of my account immediately I can not find a phone number to contact them, and I have written many times to try to find out about my order Not a hard order, it was perfume I would never suggest anyone buy from this company There should always be a way to contact a company and if it's only through email, they should respond

I ordered a laptop for $it said it was shipped on the Octobe* ***Today is November ***, and still no deliveryI contacted them the only way via chat linethey never answer!!

I placed this order (# ***) on sep **, 2018; was told via email this shipped as of today oct **, it has not arrivedI made numerous efforts to talk to them via their chatline at: ***  and they refuse to talk to me I sent emails and they STILL refuse to answer and would NOT provide a tracking number so I could even verify that it shipped
they won't answer my emails where I demanded they cancel the order and refund me $
I would appreciate some help here

In March of I found and purchased two bottles of cologne from discount cubeAfter one month I still hadn't received or heard from the business with a tracking numberI emailed the business three times with no luck and would have called them but couldn't find a phone number to callThis business is a fraud and scams people out of hard earned money by offering products at a good price and after the take your money you never hear from them again

I ordered Yeti Rambler cups and a 6' Apple lightning cord on 04/**/ I have contacted the business by email several times with no response and I have not received my items

This company is nothing but a rip-off!! I ordered perfume on 5/9/18, money came out of the bank on 5/10/Company sent me an email saying item was shipped on 5/16/I checked website...no tracking number AND no phone number! I have since seen no less than RIPOFF reports on this company saying the same thing....merchandise never received! By the way, they also have another company by the name of BUYITNOW! Save your money and DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES!! Still haven't received item as of 6/6/18!
