Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 7, 2014/12/09) */ In response to this person's request of returning $we have no record of ever collecting any money from him What I understand of the situation is that this person left his vehicle on our lot in July of after signing a power of attorney allowing us to perform repairs on the vehicle based on the paying insurance company's approvalThe day after the vehicle was left with us we called the vehicle owner and reviewed the information given to us by his insurance companyDuring that call the vehicle owner advised us to hold off on repairs until further noticeWe did as he requested but after several months and numerous attempts to contact the vehicle owner (on the same phone number he provided and answered previously) and him not answering or returning any of our calls we assumed the vehicle had then been abandoned In November we contacted the police department about legally removing what seemed to be an abandoned vehicle at that pointWe followed their instruction by having a local towing company remove the vehicle from our property Our company never charged the vehicle owner any money and we do not believe we are responsible for any costs incurred by vehicle owner once the vehicle left our property It was not our intent for this to happen but because the vehicle owner refused to answer or return any of our calls for several months we were left with no choice but to remove the vehicle from our property

Not sure about this place Took my wife's car in for a hail damage estimate They said $4,and about 5-days My wife dropped in off and there were several guys in the office swearing like sailors where customers could hear A couple of days later they called my wife and told her the cost would be another $2,but the same time period to repair How do you miss an external hail damage estimate by $2,500? Either the estimator was totally incompetent or this is an unethical business practice to get work in the door and keep it from the competition I hope their work is better than their estimating process

In response to Mrs*** request, I called her on Friday Setpember 1st to discuss her experience and listen to her concernsThe conversation was enlightening for me as she was kind enough to describe in detail her interactions with a few of our employees and how a couple of them failed to take
ownership of a problem that was causing a delay in getting the repairs completedI also learned that our computer messaging system was sending incorrect updates to our customer about when the repairs would be complete and this caused a lot of frustration to the customerAs a fellow business owner, the customer gave me some great feedback and advice about correcting these issuesI thanked her for taking the time to discuss this with me and hopefully she trusts that our issues with inconsistent communications and customer service are resolved for the benefit of future customersWhile we never want to have a complaint against our company I am glad that Mrs*** decided to submit oneIt gave insight into some issues our customers were experiencing that I wasn't previously aware of.Since our conversation I have written a newsletter to our company's employees describing her experience and the lessons we should all take away from thisIn addition to the newsletter, I have been visited with all of our employees this week to discuss this in person and make sure our employees understand the importance of taking ownership of problems when they come up and making sure the our communication methods are consistent for every customer regardless of what methods we use.I would like to thank Mrs*** for taking the time to provide this valuable feedbackIt has and will continue to make a positive impact on our company and our customers.*** ***

In response to this person's request of returning $382.50 we have no record of ever collecting any money from him.
What I understand of the situation is that this person left his vehicle on our lot in July of 2014 after signing a power...

of attorney allowing us to perform repairs on the vehicle based on the paying insurance company's approval. The day after the vehicle was left with us we called the vehicle owner and reviewed the information given to us by his insurance company. During that call the vehicle owner advised us to hold off on repairs until further notice. We did as he requested but after several months and numerous attempts to contact the vehicle owner (on the same phone number he provided and answered previously) and him not answering or returning any of our calls we assumed the vehicle had then been abandoned.
In November 2014 we contacted the police department about legally removing what seemed to be an abandoned vehicle at that point. We followed their instruction by having a local towing company remove the vehicle from our property.
Our company never charged the vehicle owner any money and we do not believe we are responsible for any costs incurred by vehicle owner once the vehicle left our property.
It was not our intent for this to happen but because the vehicle owner refused to answer or return any of our calls for several months we were left with no choice but to remove the vehicle from our property.

Not sure about this place. Took my wife's car in for a hail damage estimate. They said $4,400 and about 5-6 days. My wife dropped in off and there were several guys in the office swearing like sailors where customers could hear. A couple of days later they called my wife and told her the cost would be another $2,500 but the same time period to repair. How do you miss an external hail damage estimate by $2,500? Either the estimator was totally incompetent or this is an unethical business practice to get work in the door and keep it from the competition. I hope their work is better than their estimating process.
