He had made zero attempts to resolve the issue with us. His allegations in the letter that we went over budget is nonsense. Everything was documented and we spoke to him about it. Everything he is complaining about are very simple fixes. We have contacted him several times
and he has not contacted us back. We have no issue fixing the issues but he will not give us the opportunity. I haven't talked to him since the vehicle has been done. I received a letter from my credit card company because he disputed the charges. I sent them the documentation and the charges stayed. He still owes me $that is documented on paper. I let him take the vehicle without paying it in full. We set up a payment plan with him and he has a payment due soon on August
