Building a new house can be a difficult experience. We have lived in numerous locales throughout the United States and built several homes. Schaefer Custom Homes and Michael Schaefer made the experience as painless as possible. He is beyond a doubt the best builder we have ever experienced. We have had nothing but a positive relationship with Schaefer Custom Homes and he built us a wonderful house.

Mr. Schaefer and his crew have been exceptional to work with for the past year and a half during our first home buying experience. In January 2014, I found one of his beautiful homes already under construction and immediately knew it was the home for our growing family. But we lived in Arizona at the time, so we had to trust that our house would be finished correctly and on time for closing without seeing it. We moved in just before summer and our house instantly became a home. It is stunning in craftsmanship and design, energy efficient and we get many compliments from our family and friends. Mr. Schaefer guarantees the quality of his homes and has always reassured us that if we need repairs or assistance with anything, he will be at our service. I understand that he is well respected in the BCS community and why he has a stellar reputation as a builder. I recently referred my parents to Mr. Schaefer to build a home for them when they retire later this year.
