Greatly appreciated the company's integrity in telling me they would not be able to replace my roof because my insurance company's estimate was not sufficient to cover their overhead costs to oversee/warrantee the job of their preferred roofer Farrer's agent had met with my insurance adjuster at my home, and additionally made several phone calls on my behalf to make sure necessary items would be covered, including some items that had not been obvious upon inspection When the insurance dollars weren't there, the company did NOT pressure me to use them Instead, Farrer volunteered it was not in my best financial interest to work through them and gave me contact information for the sub-roofer they had planned to use so that I could work with that company directly Very impressed with Farrer's attention to detail in helping assure my roofing needs were met Farrer's integrity in the end was icing on the cake Would definitely recommend!
My husband and I would and will highly recommend Farrer Construction for any and all home repairs, remodel, water damage, etc All workers are respectful and are very professional in their respective venues, such as wall replacement, spackling, carpet laying, painting They will work with your insurance company We are highly pleased and satisfied with the work done in our home due to water damage
I had some restoration that needed to be done and some recommended this companyThey did the work and were very professional and nice I was very happy with the outcome of the work they did I will definitely recommend them
David and the crewmen were great to work with and did great work. David was willing to explain the whole process and meet with Insurance folks to make sure all was covered and no surprises. They helped us to find a second leak, that had been happening for a while. Great experience!
