I purchashed a F from schall automotive on July 17th on 8-6-the truck was in the shop for a new turbo,new coolant tank,new air filter, lf caliper,rf caliper, front rotors, front brake pads, u joint , Trans kit and fluid on 8-27-truck back in shop for a new oil pressure pump,IPR valve, ICP sensor, water pump, gallons of antifreeze, new starter, turbo pedislal o-ringbring the total to $5,and schall would not help me pay for anything!!! not even to want to up hold there dealership nameI believe they new the oil pump was going out because the machdrained a five gallon bucket of oil from the truckI would not send my worst enemy to schall automotive I understand the truck was bought as is but on the other hand they would do nothing to help me knowing that some of the repairs would have been covered under warrantytalking to [redacted] was just a waste of my time
I purchased a Mazda 6 here. These guys are a complete joke, it was in the middle of winter 0 degrees outside. I test drive the car and it seemed fine, so I purchased it. The whole entire purchase process was very un-professional and all they were trying to do was push me into the car right away. I go to work the next day and had the mechanic take a look at the car. The brakes were shot all the way around, tires were bald on the inside of the front tires and the rears were no good, it was leaking oil from a couple locations on the engine. So my first week of owning the car I put over $1000 in to it. And I called the dealership about the issues asking for some help and [redacted], (The Owner) responded back with "Well I don't design or build the cars we just sell them" Would not help out with anything. I wasn't going to sit there and argue with them. Then the next issue was I never got my registration, they had it sitting in the back office for over 3 weeks while I kept calling there every other day asking where my registration was. I finally had to show up there in person and they went in the back office and found it sitting there on the desk after they swore to me for 3 weeks that they mailed it out.
So to wrap this up I am writing this to let people know not to go here, not only will you get the worst salesmen in he world but you will more than likely be buying a car that isn't what they say it is. BUYERS BEWARE!

I had a great experience with Schall's. Bought a 2008 Chevy Malibu back in September and besides a minor issue that they took care right away for me, it has been running great and I could not be happier. Will definitely be back. 5 stars!
