Our retractable awning fabric had finally given out after 24 years. We contacted the original manufacturer who referred us to their local dealer in Atlanta, Georgia. They were totally unco-operative in assisting us with a new awning cover. So, we searched out the Atlanta area and found a company named Schaneli. We were the luckiest people in the world to have found this company. They were always on time. They treated us like we were their best customer in the world. The entire Schaneli team was fabulous! They were very responsive and thorough. The awning only took a few weeks once we ordered it. The installation team was extremely professional and worked hard to complete our rather complicated second story installation in one day. The awning is sleek and beautiful. Couldn't be happier.
