would also provide her proofWe made many attempts trough phone calls to retrieve this info most calls were never returnedWe did call Ms***'s employer to verify her employment in which they did confirm but could not release any documentsThis was all done with my managers Mike and ***MsMoreno in her complaint said she had talked to me ***The only conversation I had with MsMoreno was well after she retuned the carMy conversation was to inform her that the $deposit would be applied the to the dent on the drivers side door that was not there upon deliveryAs well as the miles they put on the car before returning itWhich comes to my conclusion there would not be any refund
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/07/15) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
At the time *** called ms.*** employer she was still working but that her last week and I told mike about that information
Also before I returned the car since I was not able to finance the car I made sure the car was clean and fueled as far as the dent on the door that was not my doing
plain and simple they released the car without any final approval of finance and the deal was not able to go thru therefore my down payment should be returned in full

We did end up delivering the vehicle to another customerThe miles on the car was not a problem, but we did have to repair the small dent
by the drivers door handleThe cost for repair was $This dent was not there when Ms*** took delivery, it was very obviousI will deduct the forty dollars from the hundred and return sixty dollars to Ms***
Final Consumer Response /* (2000, 11, 2015/07/22) */
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
When I returned the car I did not see any dents on the car I even made a video of the car and I have that proof but I will take $just to end this problems here

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because:
I am not clear on what the following means:
"Once again I will offer the extended warranty if he chooses to purchase one, at my cost."
Does this mean that the GM is paying for the extended warranty?
Or that the Extended Warranty is costing the dealer something and that he is offering it at the cost that the dealer pays? If so, what is my cost of the Extended Warranty?
My initial understanding was that there would be a 10Yr/100K warranty on the car so I saw no reason to get an extended warrantyHowever, I am not unreasonable, and perhaps I misunderstoodI have bought several demo cars in the past from both Dodge and Honda and never has the warranty changedThis is a very new experience for me and I hope the GM appreciates my position.
What would be "my" cost of the extended warranty?
Sincerely,
*** ***

MR*** purchased a used vehicle with milesHe does get the remainder of the factory warranty 5yr/ miles bumper to bumperThe year mile
powertrain warranty is only good to original owner of the vehicleAt no time in the sales process do we relay that the
customer gets the expired year warrantyWe did offer to extend the year warranty to a seven year mile warranty, Mr*** declined any extended warranty past the remaining year warrantyIf Mr*** would like to extend the warranty at this time I can offer it at my cost.
Thanks

I do understand this is a new experience for Mr. [redacted]. The other makes/models Mr. [redacted]  has purchased in the past all have
different warranties i.e. Honda offers 3yr/36000mile bumper to bumper with a 5yr/60000mile powertrain warranty. With them
you retain the balance of both as a second driver/owner. With Mitsubishi, because our bumper to bumper goes to 5yr/60000miles,
this is what the second driver/owner retains the balance of. This warranty is much stronger than other manufacturers.

There are several extended warranty offers available. Yes there is a cost to the dealer to extend these. I will take all the mark-up
off if Mr. [redacted] chooses to purchase one. Here are a few options, 5yr up-to 100,000 miles, retail $2386/ cost $1186.00 ;
6yr up-to 100,000 miles retail $2712/ cost $1512.00. The years are from the date of contract, the miles are up-to and stops at 100,000 miles.
I would love to resolve this and rebuild our relationship with Mr. [redacted]. Schaumburg Mitsubishi has always been a leader in customer satisfaction, not only with the Revdex.com,
but with Mitsubishi as well.

Sincerely
Tom [redacted] GM
