Review: on 5/6/2013 I bought a Komatsu Excavator from SCHEER BROTHERS,LLC which is located in [redacted], PA for the Amount of $11,500 with sales invoiced by them to me.and I wired and paid directly to Scheer Brothers LLC, for some how they did not deliver the machine to me which is they suppose to do so, they kept delaying and delaying for about almost 2months, I keep call them and call them we talked back and forthScheer Bothers told me that because they have been ripped off by their partners I told them that it is their problem on their side, not me, they are the one who's invoiced and sold me the machine that is all I knew and I have asked them if they can deliver the machine to me I want a full refund back so I can issue a refund to my customer for a while Scheer Brothers LLC have sent me a portion of my money which is only $9,750 instead of $11,500 they were shorten my money by $1,750 and I keep contacting Mr. [redacted] Scheer for remaining balance, but he is given me a running around since 5/2013 until now, so I need some legal help to recover my money back, and also help out for the future innocent people like myself not to suffer fromthese Dishonesty people, please help to keep this type of crime out of innocent peopleDesired Settlement: I would like to call Scheer Brothers, LLC an attention that I do not wish to make this situation complicated in any waybut all wanted from them is simply refund my money, which is not belonging to them, a real settlement is needed fromScheer Brothers, LLC.
