--------- Forwarded message ----------From: Douglas D*** < [redacted] >Date: Mon, Jul 13, at 2:AMSubject: Response to [redacted] FileTo: " [redacted] " < [redacted] >To Whom it may concern, In regards to the most recent items sent from [redacted] about her kitchenScheer Kitchen Renovations Inc rejects both the invoice and the opinionated statement from [redacted] on the grounds that they are from a competing company paid by the customer and not through a neutral third party The work completed in the kitchen by Scheer Kitchen Renovations and its sub=contractors had passed the building inspectors inspection, who is a neutral third party If some type of problem arose after the fact Scheer Kitchens should have been notified and a service for repair or replacement should have been requested by the customer in order for a warranty service to occur Instead it appears that the customer decided to skip this step and made a choice to replace the materials that we installedIn the past, Scheer Kitchen Renovations Inc has made numerous attempts to satiate this consumer, unfortunately with out success.We offered to Repair or replace any damaged and or defective materials This offer was rejected by the customer We requested a “Neutral Third Party” for inspection and arbitration This offer was rejected by the customer We even made a cash offer This offer was rejected by the customerWe have tried to work in good faith with this customer to resolve any issues that may or may not have existed in the work performed in her kitchen These good faith efforts were met with what we feel were threats of lawsuits and or the slander of our good name on the internetShe even went as far as trying to have the police charge me with theft of servicesThese delays were not caused by incompetence These delays were directly caused by the customers failure to pay as portions of the project started and completed If the customer would like to meet with an arbitrator in order to have closure in this matter, we would be more than willing to plead our case with a “Neutral” third partySincerely, Douglas H D***PresidentScheer Kitchen Renovations, Inc###-###-####www.ScheerKitchens.com
