We gave Ms. [redacted] a 50% discount on the labor we had in the job, trying to remove badly rusted glow plugs. [redacted] accepted the offer to stop and box up the parts and no further attempts at repair due to cost going to exceed the original quote...

of $2500.00 to $3000.00. Engine was extremely corroded and not able to get apart in a reasonable time.
Several different methods were tried in an attempt to salvage the job so [redacted] was contacted on 06/24/15 to report problems we were encountering.
The $1700.00 figure was for the amount of labor we had in it up until the time we stopped working on it, so we have already absorbed 1/2 the labor. We do not feel we caused any damage to the front bumper.
