As Mrs *** states I am currently out of businesse do to health reasonsWhen Mr *** called it was extremely hot out so I went over to see if it was something simpleI found the blower motor was badThe next day I went to the distributor with the serial numbers and was told the unit was out of
warrantyThe part was not in stock but they had a part that would work I installed it and the air was back onA couple weeks later Mr *** called and said blower would not shut off..I went over and looked at it and I could not get it to shut off I called the distributor the next day and they said I needed a relayI called Mr *** and told him I would be over the next weekendBefore the weekend I was hospitalized for a heart infection do to a recent pacemaker implantationI was hospitalized for three weeksI have not charged the *** for any parts or labor nor do I intend to

Do to recent back and heart surgeries I have not been workingI gave a list of all warranty jobs to the company that is answering my callsMr *** is not one of themThe equipment we installed has a automatic five year warranty when the
equipment is registered by the consumer it goes to a ten year warranty by the manufacturerWe give a one year labor warrentyIn the spring of we found a leak on the service valve caps on second floor unit and repaired at no cost to Mr ***We where out in the spring of and repaired a low voltage problem that was located in the furnaceWe where out on two other occasions and found both units dirtyIf Mr *** can produce any invoices that we charged him to put freon in those units we will be happy to reimburse himThe warrenty on the equipment is a manufacturer warrenty not a labor warrenty

*** ***As he stated he has not charged us but he had told us that he used the motor he installed because the manufacturer of the furnace had so many problems with the original motor and that this was the answer along with another part,I believe it was a capacitor, and that he had done this many times beforeBut he was having problems getting the board to recognize it so he had to wire it direct to the power The last conversation with him was that he was going talk to the manufacturer and get a part to fix it As previously stated no show, no phone call or message since the second contact with *** in September November comes along and furnace is needed and it wouldn't even try to come on, turns out board wouldn't recognize blower due to it being wired directly to power Had to call another contractor and they replaced blower with the correct blower motor and wired it to the board correctly all on the same day they came, and low and behold it works.As it turns out *** didn't register our furnace as he said he would when he originally installed the system in September 2011, if he had this part would have been under warranty, and if he had told my husband when first contacted in July that he no longer was working we could have called someone else for service instead of having *** take our original motor with him in July maybe the cost of the new motor old have been covered instead we had to spend $to get the motor and poor installation corrected
