We have used [redacted] for years for our tax returns. In the past we have always been pleased with her services. This year, however, has been a nightmare. She has expanded to the point of hiring other preparers. Apparently, this affects her rates. In the past our bills have always been under $650. This year, with no prior notice of an increase, she charged us $1750. That's a 269% increase over last year! She also conveniently waited until the afternoon of April 14th to give us this notice. We felt we had no choice but to pay the outrageous fee. Our family will feel her impact for months to come.
