The company stated they want the complaint closed? They have not offered a solution ? I need
reassurance that I do not need to pay for the cost of what was claimed to be broke It obviously was not broken if they continue to use it ? Like I stated please ship the merchandise I purchased and was not allowed to retain or agree to settle and not charge my card I simply refuse to pay $for a propeller that was "broken " but now seems to be used by this company A brand new plastic "prop" is about $at most when I completed my research I paid $for a propeller that is being used That's the most ludicrous thing I have ever heard of The complaint should not be closed until I receive the propeller or a guarantee I will not be charged The complaint was started with a proposed resolution? Every response has not contained any valid compromise ? I will agree to close once I have received my merchandise

The reason she can't have the broken propeller is because is was reconditioned And at this point the consumer has done a charge back and it is now a legal matter Please close this complaint
