At the very minimum, I expect this company and its representatives to spell my name correctly in any future business corespondence. Secondly, I have zero intention of using a riduculous gift certificate to a sketchy company that is clearly on its way out of businessWhy would I ever want to purchase anything from you again? I expect you to deliver on my promised (YES, PROMISED) price reductionI will allow them to credit the card I used, or mail me a cashier's checkI will not accept a regular check, since the company is almost out of business and the check will likely bounce. Thirdly, it is abundantly clear that the shop owner/manager has severe mental health issues that need to be dealt with promptlyWith his lies, accusations, changed stories and libelous comments, one can only imagine the toll it takes on his businessIt explains a lot, however, about how they conduct themselves. As soon as I complained about the terrible service, instead of fixing the issues with bad communication and customer service, the technician to become defensive and to badmouth my husband's businessMy children were witness to this unfortunate incident and were quite afraidAnd now they try to badmouth me after I threated to call the police when the "technician" refused to leave my home when asked. At this point, I am sorely tempted to file a restraining order against the purveyors of this "business" prohibiting them from contacting me or my family or from coming anywhere near my home.

I will not consider this matter closed until I receive a written apology from this business. The communication was extremely poor from the very beginning, and the technician was rude, unprofessional and frightening, as detailed in my previous correspondence.  I will accept the referenced $20 discount, but will not accept a check from the business.  I will accept only a cashier's check.  As stated, this must be accompanied by a full written apology.

FIRST OF ALL MRS [redacted] WAS A MOST DIFFICULT PERSON TO DEAL WITH. MR [redacted] INITIALLY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM, ORDERED A PART, INSTALLED IT AND WHEN IT DIDN'T WORK CALLED US. I DIAGNOSED IT AS A DIFFERENT PROBLEM, ORDERED A PART AND TOLD MRS WE WILL CALL WHEN THE PART ARRIVES. WE ALSO TOLD HER...

SINCE IT WAS AROUND THE HOLIDAYS IT MAY TAKE A FEW DAYS LONGER AS TO SUPPLIERS WERE NOT OPEN CERTAIN DAYS DURING THE HOLIDAYS. THE PART CAME IN, THE RETURN CALL WAS SCHEDULED. SINCE MRS [redacted] WOULD NOT BE HOME UNTIL 3:30 THAT DAY, THE CALL WAS SCHEDULED FOR AFTER 3:30 AND I ARRIVED AT 3:50. WE DO NOT GIVE SET TIMES BECAUSE THINGS CAN HAPPEN THROUGH OUT THE DAY THAT MIGHT TAKE LONGER THAN OTHERS, HENCE THE REASON FOR AFTER A CERTAIN TIME. I INSTALLED THE PART AND STILL HAD A PROBLEM. THE UNIT WOULD WORK BUT NOT CORRECTLY. THE ADDITIONAL PROBLEM WAS TRACED TO THE PART MR [redacted] REPLACED. IT WAS INITIALLY THOUGHT A PIECE WAS MISSING ON THE ASSEMBLY MR HAD REPLACED. WHEN I DETERMINED WHAT THE INTERMITTENT PROBLEM WAS, I TOLD MRS I WOULD BE BACK THE NEXT DAY. WHEN MRS [redacted] ASKED FOR A DISCOUNT I TOLD HER I WOULD CONSIDER IT. NO PROMISE WAS MADE. AT THE TIME OF COMPLETION, WHEN ASKED ABOUT A DISCOUNT, I SIMPLY STATED I WOULDN'T GIVE A DISCOUNT ONLY BECAUSE MRS [redacted] STATED SHE WOULD NEVER PATRONIZE OUR COMPANY AGAIN. I LOST ANY INCENTIVE TO GIVE A DISCOUNT. HOWEVER AFTER THINKING ABOUT IT FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS, I'VE DECIDED TO GIVE A DISCOUNT IN THE FORM OF A GIFT CARD FOR A $40 VALUE (APPROXIMATELY A 40% DISCOUNT). FOR THE RECORD I DID NOT BAD MOUTH MR [redacted]S EMPLOYER, JUST STATED AN EXPERIENCE. ALSO I OFFERED TO CALL THE SHERIFFS DEPARTMENT FOR MRS [redacted] AS I WAS CONCERNED FOR MY OWN SAFETY.  THANK YOU GENE SCHEUNEMANN SCHEUNEMANN APPLIANCE & TV[redacted]

I will leave the offer of a $40 gift card on the table or if Mrs [redacted] chooses not to take the gift card I will refund $20. The repair was paid by check therefore the refund of $20 will also be by check. The rest of Mrs [redacted] comments I will NOT respond to as they are just uncalled for and ridiculous. However I will say that the [redacted] did request a service of their dishwasher, Scheunemann Appliance did provide that service, repaired the unit and charged accordingly for that service. In Mrs [redacted] correspondence, I didn't see anything hat indicated the dishwasher was not working, so at this point I will assume the dishwasher is working just fine.  THANK YOU [redacted]
