Mr*** did purchase a leather look/feel recliner from us in June of the sales person did sale him a warranty with that
that covered stains not anything that was a manufacturer defectHe called in June asking what could be done and I gave it to our warehouse manager to call the manufacturer to see what they would coverHe was unable to get with them at that point in time and tried several days after and finally spoke with someone there who informed us that it was out of warrantyAfter relaying this information to Mr*** on July 6, he was very upset so I told him I didn't mind calling to see if I could possibly get them to do somethingAgain we was unable to get them at that point in time but I called Mr*** on July 7, just a few days after to inform him I was able to get them to work with me and we was going to exchange his chair for full value of what he paidHe came in on July 9, picked out a new chair and we delivered it to him the next day!!!

Schewells Furniture did in fact replace my reclinerAfter I filed the complaint,they were very quick to resolve the issueI went to the store on the very same day that they called to say they'd replace itThey delivered my new recliner the very next dayI'm very satisfied with my new reclinerI'm so very glad that they made good on what was to start with a sour deal
